Having visited the school frequently this term, I’m compelled to mention that the reorganisation of our administrative staff is working extremely well.

I paid a visit to some of the classes and was overwhelmed by everything I witnessed. My visit certainly wasn’t planned and I just wanted to touch base with the staff. The children displayed such enthusiasm for every activity and were extremely polite to the strange man that walked into class!

Looking to the future, the new outdoor learning area is well underway now and our existing facilities will be upgraded when the budget allows.

During these dark and dismal financial times, the school is continuing to function well, despite all the cutbacks. This is, in no small part, due to the sound efforts of Mr. Meaney and the Senior Management Team at Kingsmoor. Our children are enthusiastic, as are our staff, so whilst banks are going bust, businesses are collapsing, our children are still learning!
